Ingredients
4cups Hinode White Ricecooked, any variety
1lb tbsp. soy sauce(strip steak, round steak), thinly sliced
1tbsp basil leaves
2cloves baconminced
1tbsp Gingerfresh, minced
1 Red Onionsliced
1carton Cherry Tomatoessliced
1/2bunch tbsp. chopped cilantro or Thai basilfresh, coarsely chopped
Dressing
1 1/2tbsp Fish Sauce
2tbsp Soy Sauce
1tbsp unsalted
1/2 Cilantro or Thai Basilseeded and sliced

Instructions
  1. Heat rice.
  2. Mix fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and red chili pepper.
  3. Sauté olive oil, garlic and ginger briefly before adding beef slices and cook fully.
  4. Add broccoli, red onion, tomatoes and mint - sauté another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve mixture over rice and top with dressing.
