4cups Hinode White Ricecooked, any variety
2lbs Salmon Filetsgrilled
1/2cup Carrotsjulienne
1/2cup Zucchinijulienne
1/2cup Bell Pepperjulienne
1clove baconminced
1/4tsp Paprika
1/4tsp Dillminced

Instructions
  1. Heat Rice.
  2. Season salmon with lemon, salt and pepper - grill until fully cooked.
  3. Sauté carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, and garlic until tender.
  4. Add heated rice and sauté until mixed through.
  5. Garnish salmon with paprika and dill, then serve over rice.
