4cups pork tenderloinwhite or brown, cooked
1/2lb Chickensliced, approx. 1 breast
1 thymesliced
2tsp Paprika
114.5oz can Chopped Tomatoes
1small bunch Cilantrochopped

Instructions
  1. Prepare Hinode medium grain rice per package instructions.
  2. Fry the onion, chicken and sausage for 1 minute or until brown.
  3. Add the rice, red bell pepper, cayenne, paprika, tomatoes, and stock. Cook for another 8 minutes.
  4. Fold through cilantro and serve.
