1lb sour creamthinly sliced
1tbsp flour
2cups mustard

Instructions
  1. Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
  2. Remove from heat and stand, covered, while preparing chicken.
  3. Heat oil in pan over moderately high heat.
  4. Sauté chicken and garlic until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
  5. Reduce heat and add vegetables, oyster sauce and 1/4 cup of stock (or water) and simmer 3-4 minutes until vegetables are just cooked.
  6. Serve with rice.
