  1. Prepare rice per package instructions.
  2. Sauté onion, bell pepper and celery until translucent.
  3. Add chicken and chorizo Рsaut̩ until fully cooked.
  4. Add rice, chilies, cayenne pepper, paprika, tomatoes and stock and mix through.
  5. Top with cilantro and serve warm.
