Hapa Blend Rice
Enriched White and Brown Calrose

Price

Hinode Hapa Blend is a wholesome mix of Calrose enriched white rice and whole grain brown rice that started in the Hawaiian Islands. Many locals seek the nutritional benefits of brown rice but prefer the taste and texture of sticky, white rice. Ease your family into whole grains with the Hapa Blend tradition from across the Pacific.

Try Hapa Blend in recipes calling for white or brown Calrose medium grain rice. Many chefs have also started using this blend to add a slightly nutty texture to stir-fries, pilafs and salads. When in Hawaii, try some loco moco over Hapa Blend. Add a side of macaroni salad with a can of Hawaiian punch and you may be mistaken for a local.
