Ingredients
4cups Hinode Brown Ricecooked, any variety
2tbsp Olive Oil
2cloves Garlicminced
1/4cup Yellow Oniondiced
115 oz can Black Beansdrained
1/2cup Corn Kernels
1 Tomatodiced
1 Jalapeño Pepperchopped
1tsp Salt

Instructions
  1. Sauté oil, garlic and onion until translucent.
  2. Add drained black beans, corn, tomato, jalapeno and cooked rice and sauté for additional 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
